Solvara was founded by two experienced construction professionals, each with an established reputation on the Costa Blanca. Together, we bring strong local knowledge, proven project experience and more than three decades of specialist new-build expertise.
Focused on Jávea, Benitachell and Moraira, we combine professional project management, careful coordination and high standards of construction to deliver beautifully executed homes from concept through to completion.
03 — The directors
Warren Bennett
Commercial Director
Warren brings years of experience as the founder and director of an established construction company in Jávea. His experience combines the commercial side of residential construction with the planning and day-to-day coordination involved in bringing projects together. As Commercial Director of Solvara, he leads client relationships and business development, overseeing the commercial aspects of each project while remaining closely involved and working alongside the construction team from the early stages through to completion.
Ross Jenkins
Construction Director
Ross brings over 30 years of experience in the construction of luxury homes in Jávea, with an extensive track record delivering high-quality residential projects from the ground up. His experience extends beyond construction itself, having sourced and acquired land for development and taken projects from the earliest planning stages through to final completion. This has given him a deep practical understanding of the entire build process, from site preparation and construction through to coordination, quality control and delivery. As Construction Director of Solvara, he oversees the construction process, working closely with architects, coordinating trades and site operations to maintain build quality and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
