- Can Solvara build a villa on my plot in Jávea?
- Yes. We start with a feasibility study of the plot: planning rules, buildable area, orientation and access. Send us the plot reference and we will tell you what can be built.
- Who handles the building licence?
- We coordinate the architect's project and the licence application with the town hall, and keep you informed at each step. Timelines depend on the municipality and the project.
- Can you help me find a plot?
- We can review plots you are considering before you buy, so you know what they allow and what building on them would involve.
- How is the build price set?
- Every villa is priced from its own project and specification. After the feasibility study we prepare a detailed budget before any construction starts.
