When you use an enquiry, consultation, investor or brochure form, we collect the fields you choose to submit, such as your name, email, telephone number, country, message, plot information, budget, timeline or investment range. Authorised administrators also provide authentication data. Hosting systems may process essential technical logs such as IP address, browser and requested pages for security and reliability.

Why and legal basis
We process form information to respond to your request, provide requested project material and take steps before a possible contract. We process essential security and administration information on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a safe, reliable website. We do not use submitted details for unrelated marketing without consent.

Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored securely for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain an appropriate business record and meet legal obligations. Administrative account information is retained while access is required. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Local storage and maps
The site stores only the essential ‘solvara-lang’ value in your browser to remember your language. It does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded Google Maps content may receive technical data and apply Google’s own privacy terms when loaded.

Service providers and transfers
We use Lovable Cloud for secure website hosting, database, authentication and form storage, and Google Maps for embedded location maps. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using lawful safeguards. Platform security information is available at trust.lovable.dev.
